Enjoy panoramic views of Avoca Beach and Cape Three Points from The Retreat’s living area while being mere seconds from the sand. Perched among the vegetation just above the beach, the home’s eastern facing, open construction intermingles with the sounds and smells of the ocean to create a unique holiday space. Organic materials, glass and minimalist furnishings allow for light to fill the space, transforming the tone of the home at all hours of the day. A raised deck with outdoor seating at the beachfront creates a natural flow between the bedrooms, living space and outdoors.

The Retreat’s main level follows an open-plan style, lending itself to shared living. The kitchen, lounge, and indoor and outdoor dining flow into one another, with sliding doors and vast windows disrupting the distinction between nature and home.

Stone tiled floors and wide windows utilise the sea-breeze to cool the home in the heat of summer. A gas fireplace and underfloor heating in the main living room warms the home from its core in the winter.

The rates are for the use of the 4 bedroom property sleeping 8. The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite can be opened up on request sleeping 10.
