The well-appointed kitchen - which features an easy-to-use, state-of-the-art espresso machine, dishwasher, freestanding oven/cooktop, plus microwave and refrigerator - opens out on to a covered entertaining deck, with BBQ and table for eight.

Relax and unwind here or take a dip in the adjoining heated plunge pool, while the children entertain themselves in the separate games room, fitted out for table tennis, darts and a variety of board games accommodating all ages.

Inside, the master bedroom comes with Queen-sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed, the third boasting two king singles and the fourth bedroom is fitted with two single beds and single trundle. There is also a portable cot and highchair for infants.

All bedrooms feature built-in robes, plenty of space and are set away from the living room, allowing you to entertain without waking the children.

The main bathroom boasts a modern bath and spacious shower and, if you do decide to visit the beach, there is a fully equipped laundry to wash and dry your towels and clothes, etc.

The local shopping centre, Bateau Bay Square, is just a short drive away and boasts all major food and liquor chains, plus assorted health, beauty, fashion, pharmaceutical and other boutique stores.

Activities

For the adventurous types, Bateau Bay has an array of outdoor adventures, including fishing, snorkelling, bushwalking, hang gliding and whale watching. The picturesque 3km walk from Bateau Bay Beach to Forrester’s Beach is regarded as one of the prettiest walks on the Central Coast - and it begins almost outside your front door!
